On May 27, 2020, we held the fifth session in the #BookstagramSeries with our fifth guest author – Mubanga Kalimamukwento (@utushimitwandi) and curator of The Bagus NG, Ijeoma Ucheibe. She authored the book, The Mourning Bird. The conversation centred around the author’s writing process on Inswa and Hail Mary, Mubanga’s legal career, suicide, stigma around persons living with HIV/AIDS, mental health, sexual exploitation, classical music, the Hail Mary chant etc.
The next session is billed to hold on June 4, 2020 with our Chimdinma Onwukwe and Ghanaian journalist, artist, writer and author, Bisi Adjapon.
