Born in the 1970s, Anote Ajeluorou earned his BA (Ed) degree in English in 1995 from University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. He has been in journalism ever since. He is currently Assistant Arts Editor, The Guardian.

He has an unpublished collection of poetry, Libations for Africa, and a forthcoming novel, Mena. He is also the Coordinating Editor of a forthcoming anthology of short stories by Nigeria’s Literary Arts Journalists, Moonbeam.
