The Washington Post 2019 Summer Internship Is On!

Applications are now open for The Washington Post Newsroom Summer Internship program for the year 2019. Interns must be a college junior, senior or graduate student enrolled in a degree program on Oct. 12, 2018. You must have had at least one professional news media job or internship. Foreign citizens are eligible to apply for this internship programme.

Field of Internship: Interns report and write articles, edit copy, take photographs, shoot and edit video, create graphics and design on multiple platforms. We treat them as staff members during their employment.

How to Apply: Complete the online application here and attach all relevant materials, including résumé, work samples and autobiographical essay. All work submitted must be in English.
